Warwickshire County Council have closed D6396 Knightcote Bottom (Knightcote Bottoms), Knightcote to vehicular traffic between its junctions with B4451 Gaydon Road and Knightcote Road. The closure is required to avoid the likelihood of danger to the public because of carriageway subsidence and flooding.

The closure takes effect immediately for a period of up to 21 days or until the remedial works are completed, whichever is the sooner. The anticipated completion date is 10 February 2021.

An alternative route will be signed and is available via B4451 Gaydon Road, Knightcote Road and vice versa.

Pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of the highway to be closed, if any, will be maintained at all times.
