Members of the public and press are invited to attend the parish council meeting and are welcome to address the parish council on any item on the agenda during the public forum. 

Please note that the meeting may be recorded or filmed and that the council is unable to give any guarantee that members of the public will not be included. If this concerns you, please contact the clerk prior to the meeting. If you would like to record or film a meeting, we encourage you to contact the council in advance so that we can ensure the necessary arrangements are in place.

 

 

 

   To receive and consider accepting apologies from members.

 

    Members are responsible for determining whether they have a disclosable pecuniary interest in any item on the agenda, as defined by                regulations made by the Secretary of State and should disclose it and any other conflict of interest they may have, as soon as possible after        the start of the meeting. 

 

    To receive and consider granting any dispensation requests.

 

    To approve the Minutes of the ordinary parish council meeting held on 3 February 2025.

 

    A maximum of 15 minutes is set aside for members of the public to address the council on any item on the agenda.  A maximum of 3 minutes      shall be allowed for each speaker.

  iii. To note the deferral of the following planning application and to decide who will attend SDC Planning Committee when the planning                       application is to be discussed

 

       Street Record, Gaydon Road, Bishop’s Itchington – Erection of an A Board advertising sign on the green at the intersection of Gaydon                 Road and Chapel Street

 

  iv. To discuss if a response is required regarding the following application:

 

      Land Between Bishops Itchington And Gaydon, Knightcote - Removal of condition 19 of planning permission APP/J3720/W/22/3292579 (            20/02839/FUL ) to enable the permanent retention of the northern bell mouth access.

 

    To exchange latest information with Warwickshire County Coucil and Stratford District Council councillors.   

 

    To agree the proposed re-planting scheme/consultation with residents.      

 

      To discuss the issue of moles/mole hills at the cemertry following numerous complaints

 

      To discuss the possibility of replacing the white information sign located on Station Road that points to the post office and shops.

 

      To discuss the Annual Village Meeting to be held on Monday 28 April 2025 at 7.30pm at the Community Centre.

 

      To receive an update on the recruitment process to replace the current Clerk/RFO.

 

      To discuss the parish councils response to the proposal removal of the British Telecom Payphone located on the green at the junction of              Gaydon Road and Chapel Street.

 

      i. To discuss the renewal of the fence separating the play area from Ivy Villa

     ii. Update on funding application for a new Noticeboard to be located at the entrance of the playing fields

 

      i.  To receive monthly financial reports for March 2025,

     ii.  To receive bank reconciliation reports for March 2025,

     iii. To approve the accounts payable for 7 April 2025.

 

     To receive updates from Portfolio Holders.

      The annual parish council meeting will be held on Monday 12 May 2025 at 7.30pm at the Community Centre and following its conclusion,            will be immediately followed by the next ordinary meeting of the parish council.
