To receive feedback from Planning Group on meeting regarding Bishop’s Bowl Fishery.
7. County, District & Parish Liaison:
To exchange latest information with WCC and SDC councillor.

1.To receive monthly financial report.
2.To receive bank reconciliation report for May 2022.
3.To approve accounts for payment 13 June 2022.
4.To receive financial report for the year ended 31 March 2022.
9. Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2021/22 Part 3 – Annual Internal Audit Report:
To receive the completed Annual Internal Audit Report 2020/21.
10. Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2021/22 Part 3 - Section 1:
To approve and sign the Annual Governance Statement.
11. Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2021/22 Part 3 (Section 2):
To approve and sign the Accounting Statements.
12. Legal transfer of Hidden Green and Orbit Land within Bishop’s Itchington
1. To approve the transfer of the Hidden Green and other associated land from Orbit to Bishop’s Itchington Parish Council;
2. To agree to Orbit paying the legal fees in lieu of a forward contribution
13. Community Centre Lease:
To approve the proposed lease from Follett Property Holdings Limited.
14. Road Markings – Chaple Street
To request road markings on the bend of Chapel Street adjacent to the playing fields entrance.
15. Women’s Institute Gardening Group – Village Planting:
1. To receive report from the WI regarding the planting they have undertaken within the Village.
2. To agree to request that the WI Gardening Group take over the planting of the planters outside the Parish Council Office.
3. To agree to increase the annual budget from £200
16. Environment & Properties:
1. Playground Working Group Update:
- Report from Working Group
- Funding for new play equipment - how much of the 106 grant can be allocated towards the estimated cost of £155k for renewal of the play area?
- Proposal to appoint Jayne Warman to fund raise for the playground equipment at a cost of £1,425
