Following resident requests to the Developer and Maintenance Company regarding the requirement for Grit Bins on the Bishop's Hill Estate, the Parish Council has been in dialogue with both Warwickshire Highways and the Developer on behalf of residents.

It has been confirmed that these roads have not, as yet, been adopted by Warwickshire Highways and the Developer does not provide grit bins for any of their estates as policy.

Therefore, the Parish Council have agreed to fund 2 grit bins for resident use, that have been placed in conjunction with both Warwickshire Highways and the Developer. This is to ensure that they are in the correct agreed location for when the roads are adopted. Both Grit Bins are located on the road inclines of Ropeway. 

They are currently locked to avoid vandalism but will be opened as soon as the bad weather is upon us.
