Members of the public and press are invited to attend the parish council meeting and are welcome to address the parish council on any item on the agenda during the public forum.
Please note that the meeting may be recorded or filmed and that the council is unable to give any guarantee that members of the public will not be included. If this concerns you, please contact the clerk prior to the meeting. If you would like to record or film a meeting, we encourage you to contact the council in advance so that we can ensure the necessary arrangements are in place.

7 trees on boundary of nature reserve and properties on Rupert Kettle Drive, Meadow Crofts and Bishops Gate to be felled and stacked. G1 - 2 ash trees - Fell due to being infected with dieback and have been deemed an unacceptable risk through internal ash dieback management policy due to loss of crown density, size of tree and location adjacent to property. 10. Playing Fields
- To consider the request for ‘Yoga in the Park” sessions at the Playing fields on the 26 July and the 6 September at 7am, and finalise a response.
- Pavilion - Cllr Lamont to propose storage options and internal improvements to the building that could be made.
- To agree quotation for repair work required to play area.
11. Councillors Corner
- To finalise new dates & venue for Councillors Corner sessions.
12. Speeding Compliance Data
- Presentation of the analysis of the speeding compliance data by Cllr Tressler and Cllr Dugmore and agreement on any subsequent actions.
13. Cemetery
- To agree any further actions following repeated vandalism at the Cemetery.
14. Tree Surgery
a. To agree work required to a Cherry Tree in Scowcroft Drive.
15. Infrastructure Funding SDC
- Agree actions following Cllr Gist’s request for consideration for funding of infrastructure, specifically for the Sports Pavilion.
16. Finance:
- To receive monthly financial reports for June 2026,
- To receive bank reconciliation reports for June 2026,
- To approve accounts for payment on 6 July 2026,
- To approve the regular monthly payments (June 2026) for the current financial year as per 5.6 Financial Regulations 2019 for England,
