An extraordinary meeting of Bishop's Itchington has been called for Monday 6 December 2021 at 7.30pm at The Community Centre.
The Agenda is as follows:
1. Apologies:
To receive and consider accepting apologies from members.
2. Declaration of Interests:
Members are responsible for determining whether they have a disclosable pecuniary interest in any item on the agenda, as defined by regulations made by the Secretary of State and should disclose it and any other conflict of interest they may have, as soon as possible after the start of the meeting.
3. Dispensations:
To receive and consider granting any dispensation requests.
4. Pavilion and Playground Project:
i. Design – To discuss the design of the pavilion and any possible cost reductions
ii. Business Plan – to approve and adopt the business plan,
iii. Working group - To confirm how the project will be managed, and who will chair meetings outside full parish council.
5. Exclusion of Public & Press
Confidential matters, including those identified during the course of the meeting, to be discussed here following a resolution to exclude the public under Sec 100A of the Local Government Act 1972.
i. Pavilion and Playground Project – use of Jayne Warman’s time, ii. Pavilion and Playground Project Funding - To consider the use of parish financial reserves, and review fundraising opportunities, iii. Pavilion and Playground Project Publicity – to approve the publicty leaflet and survey, iv. Pavilion and Playground Project Timeline – to agree a timeline leading up to a Public Works Loan application submission
