Bishop's Itchington Parish Council Annual Meeting will be held on Monday 9 May 2022 at 7.30pm at The Community Centre. Following the conclusion of this meeting, the ordinary parish council meeting will be held. The agendas for both meeting are outlined below:
Annual Meeting of Bishop's Itchington Parish Council:

1. Election of Chairman
To elect the chairman of the council and receive their declaration of acceptance of office.
2. Election of Vice-chairman
To elect the vice-chairman of the council.
3. Apologies for Absence
To receive members’ apologies for absence.
4. Declaration of Interests
Members are responsible for determining whether they have a disclosable pecuniary interest in any item on the agenda, as defined by regulations made by the Secretary of State and should disclose it and any other conflict of interest they may have, as soon as possible after the start of the meeting.
5. To receive and consider granting any dispensation requests.

To receive and consider accepting apologies from members.

A maximum of 15 minutes is set aside for members of the public to address the council on any item on the agenda. A maximum of 3 minutes shall be allowed for each speaker.

To consider the following:

23 Chapel Street Bishops Itchington Warwickshire CV47 2RB – The erection of a storage shed and x2 bicycle parking stands at the rear of the premises; and, x5 new vintage low level LED lights facing the store sign at the front of the premises. .

ii. To discuss proposals by the Heart of England Co-op to develop a new store in Bishop’s Itchington.
7. County, District & Parish Liaison:
To exchange latest information with WCC and SDC councillor.

1.To receive monthly financial report attached.
2.To receive bank reconciliation report for April 2022.
3.To approve accounts for payment 9 May 2022.
9. Use of Playing field for Childs Birthday Party:
To decide if the field should be used for a child’s 5th birthday party on Saturday 23 July 2022.
10. Warwick District Council Net Zero Carbon Development Plan Document (DPD):
To comment on the soundness and legality of this document.
