DESCRIPTION:The next parish council meeting will be held as follows:\n\nDate: Monday, 13 December 2021 at 7.30pm\n\nVenue: The Community Centre, Ladbroke Road, Bishop’s Itchington, CV47 2RA\n\nTime: 7.30pm\n\nMembers of the public and press are invited to attend the parish council meeting and are welcome to address the parish council on any items on the agenda during the public forum.\n\nPlease note that the meeting may be recorded or filmed and that the council is unable to give any guarantee that members of the public will not be included. If this concerns you, please contact the clerk prior to the meeting. Playground Working Group Update:To approve cost of removing Multiplay Slide Climber (£500) and Climber (frame/net) (£300).To agree who will remove seat/tyre from Cableway/Swing – single point tyre to enable the items of equipment are able to be taken out of service.To consider whether to replace the cableway and swing – single point tyre now or as part of the Recreational Community Facility Project.To approve the cost of replacing tennis posts and tennis nets for both courts (£720.00 plus VAT).2. BINDP  Working Group Update3.
